refactor(styles): move service-page rules into a dedicated pages stylesheet

- keep blog.css focused on blog/article styling only
- move the existing .service-page rules unchanged into pages.css
- import pages.css from the shared global stylesheet
- preserve the current service-page layout and responsive behavior
